We are hoping this letter will help us express our gratitude for the excellent service and dedication Mr. David Crawford provided to our family through our dealings with Lakeshore All Make and Models car dealership. Mr. Crawford was able to accommodate us in every way possible. During our initial telephone conversation he provided us with adequate and accurate descriptions of the vehicle which we have now purchased and we could not be happier. His knowledge of the vehicle’s history and day to day use, along with the condition of the vehicle, was more than impressive.

Each time we had a question Mr. Crawford was available, both at work and taking time from his family life to speak with us was greatly appreciated. As our family resides in Kingston we thought transportation would be an issue. However, transportation was arranged with no time wasted and our vehicle was delivered to us saving us and our two small children from what would have been a 12-hour round trip. It seemed from the instant we spoke to Mr. Crawford we had a “good feeling” about the purchase, and thank goodness. We now have a fantastic new vehicle and will be in contact in years to come when we are in need of another vehicle.
